Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Graduate of a state-accredited professional school of nursing program

  • State of Tennessee or an NLC license to practice as an RN

  • One year of nursing experience in senior living care within last two years, preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR for healthcare providers

  • Current advance life support certification, where required

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Graduate of a state-accredited practical nurse diploma program

  • State of Tennessee or an NLC license to practice as an LPN or LVN

  • One year of nursing experience in senior living care within last two years, preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR for healthcare providers

  • Current advance life support certification, where required

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA program

  • Certification to practice in the State of Tennessee as a CNA

  • One year of experience in senior living care within last two years, preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR for healthcare providers

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references

Caregiver

  • GED or HiSET Certification

  • One year of experience in senior living care within last two years, preferred

  • CPR and first aid certifications

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

  • Completion of a state-approved CMA program, preferred

  • One year of experience in a doctor’s office within last two years, preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR for healthcare providers

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references

Administrative Assistant or Office Staff

  • GED or high school diploma

  • One year of experience in medical office setting, preferred

  • Complete annual TB testing

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen test

  • Undergo national criminal background check and registries

  • Have verifiable work history with work-related references
