FOUNDER & OWNER

With 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Leslie started MedForce Staffing Professionals in 2021 with the intention of building Knoxville’s best and most reliable staffing company. She enjoys traveling with her family, going to UT football games, and working out at her local Crossfit gym.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Misty earned her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech University then went on to pursue a career in healthcare. She has worked in various management and director roles in both long-term and at-home healthcare. Misty enjoys golfing, traveling, and attending her children’s sporting events.

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Suzanne has 42 years experience as an RN. Beginning her career in the ER, she eventually found her niche in high-risk labor & delivery, where she spent her career caring for moms and babies. She enjoys traveling, researching various topics, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

SCHEDULING SPECIALIST

Kaylee has a combined 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry—first as a licensed CNA, then as an emergency medical responder. She was recently trained as a surgical tech and is also working toward a nursing degree. In her free time, Kaylee enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.

SCHEDULING SPECIALIST

Sarah began working in healthcare shortly after she moved to Tennessee 10 years ago. Since then, she has honed her human resources skills and received her SHRM certification. Sarah and her husband have three children, and she enjoys learning, helping others, playing guitar, singing, and crafting.

OFFICE HOUND

Skips likes to eat human-only treats while sitting at Leslie’s feet. He enjoys running errands to the post office and supply store and sniffing out all the office visitors. When off-duty, Skips has no time to rest, as he must ensure the safety of his family by ridding the yard of wild and unpredictable turkey.
